LUMINA Customer Journey MapFor this project, I created a customer journey map for Lumina Creative Co. to better understand how potential clients discover, interact with, and build relationships with the brand. The goal was to visualize each stage of the customer experience from initial awareness to long term loyalty, while identifying opportunities to strengthen connection and trust. I mapped key touchpoints including social media, website interactions, inquiry processes, and project delivery. I also considered customer needs, emotions, and pain points at each stage to ensure Lumina’s experience remained supportive and consistent. This project highlights my ability to think strategically about user experience and design brand interactions that feel intentional, approachable, and community focused.
